Goodbye Gluten was established in 2006 because we believe that everyone deserves to have their cake and eat it too! Goodbye Gluten offers a variety of fabulous specialty and novelty cakes, cupcakes, muffins, squares, and cookies for all occasions that will delight our gluten-free and health conscious friends alike. We strive for great taste, texture, and presentation. No one will know it is gluten free but everyone will love it!
